The Triple R method promises to teach the skills to be a professional boxer in one month and a professional kick boxer in two months. High cardio developments with light-to-moderate weights provide the guiding principle behind this training. Technique – Every athletic activity has exercises unique to it. Sports-related injuries, such as shin splints, are avoided by training that’s targeted at a particular sport, as opposed to a "one-size fits all" approach.
