Avoid being too hard on yourself if you fail to meet a goal or take a day off. We all need a break now and then. The important thing is to not take one day's failure, as a reason to quit entirely. Fitness is CHARLOTTE REHAB  something you will be doing for the rest of your life. Just like brushing your teeth, just because you missed a day doesn't mean to you stop forever.


If you are starting a new physical fitness program, the route to success is not to go about it too aggressively. Generally, you are trying to make this a habit, not a regime. Approach a workout or a walk around the block as if it were second nature, like doing the laundry. Just relax and do not be hard on yourself, especially in the beginning.
